Black Friday is the worst day to go figure hunting. Best time will be early next week when everyone restocks from today and tomorrow, lol.

heh..I've never braved shopping on black friday. Hell, I'd have stayed in today if I hadn't been scheduled to work at gamestop.
work was insanity. I was there from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM. I didn't get a break till nearly 4:00, by which point I was ready to pass out or puke or both, as I hadn't eaten since 6:00 AM, and had been on my feet all day. customers were crazy. the store was packed. people were doing their best to scam us (one woman succeeded with me, sadly, but all she got was a big pack of candy for a lot cheaper than she should have..the manager said not to worry about it).
after seeing black friday first hand, no one will ever be able to convince me to go shopping on it.

it's pure insanity. people have actually been trampled to death on black friday store openings.
So I decided for the first time ever to do that day after Thanksgiving early morning shopping. By myself. Specifically to get Marvel Legends. I'm beginning to hate this hunt.
Got up 4:30am to get to TRU for 5am opening. It was 35 degrees. So when I pull into the parking lot, there are 10 cars there already. I see some TRU clerk go to the door to open, and I jump out th car. He tells me they are not open till 6am. This is after I stopped by last Wednesday and they said 5.
So off to WalMart. 5:15am. The line goes from their front door for about 50 yards. I stand there for 10 minutes. No way. back to TRU. Now they're open. No ML the ones I'm looking for. Off to the mall. Nothing at Suncoast. Nothing at gamestop. Back to WalMart.
If they were giving away $100 bills there couldnt be any more people. Three police cruisers with light on in front of the store. Nuts. No ML.

yuck...
Why anyone goes out in this insanity on Black Friday is beyond me. Guess what...... we'll have the same stuff next week.
